WARRANTY POLICY
TWO-YEAR WARRANTY:
WE PROVIDE A 2-YEAR WARRANTY ON VELOWAVE ELECTRIC BIKES FRAME.
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY:
A 1-year warranty on all electronic parts (including battery, motor, controller, display, lights)
Apart from manufacturing defects that could be present, parts that wear due to normal use (such as tires, brake pads, chains, etc) are not included in the warranty but may be replaced on a case-by-case basis within the first 60 days. We shall not be liable if you install, operate, clean, or maintain your Ebike without following the owners' manual instructions. Misuse, abuse, alteration, and natural disasters are not included in this warranty.
RETURN POLICY
Velowave Team hopes that you love your new e-bike, but we also want you to be fully satisfied. Any purchase made through Velowave may be canceled before the order is shipped. Once the order shipment will be subject to our return policy, as detailed below.
MODIFY OR CANCEL ORDER:

Any changes that you make regarding shipping once the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences may delay your receipt of the Products and replacement Products and/or refunds.

If you need to change the color and size of your bike, switch the accessories on your order, or if you ordered the wrong product, we are here to help. It is our goal to make sure any mistakes or changes to your order are corrected before shipment occurs.

It is also not possible for us to change the color or size if the bike is in transit - refusing the package due to color or size will be treated as a return and fees will apply. You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways ($120+$120) and will be subject to a $50 restocking fee.

All cancellations need to be done by email to the Velowave service department. The customers cannot cancel the order by phone. The customers will receive a notification email after the order has been canceled successfully. Otherwise, the cancellation of the order was unsuccessful.

Pre-Orders and Backorders and Pre-Order/Backorder Cancellations. Our backorder process is for e-bikes that have already been available but are temporarily out of stock. For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways ($120+$120) and will be subject to a $50 restocking fee. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.

Damage due to shipping/delivery, missing items.
If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete, or in need of replacement parts, contact Velowave customer care at support@velowavebikes.com within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
Missing Item(s), Wrong Item(s) or Incorrect Package Sent
Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package.

Possible Solutions:
- If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
- If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Velowave will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.

Customer Return/14-Day Return for Bike:
For returns not due to product quality problems. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery date to return new and unused items after receiving your eBike to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the customer must meet the terms instructed below:

The e-bike must be under ten (10) miles on the odometer

Must be in like-new condition and free from dirt, dust, or fragrances

Must be in the original same packaging (all cardboard and foam) and condition that you received it

Must include all items that were included inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.)
You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways ($120+$120) and will be subject to a $50 restocking fee.

Accessories return:
Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty shall be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use, and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received it. You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways and will be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

Non-returnable/non-refundable Items:
1. For an e-bike that has been delivered for more than 14 days or used for more than 10 miles, we do not accept returns anymore and follow our warranty policy.
2. Used Products, batteries, special orders, sale items, and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty, and then only after receipt of our approval for the return.
HOW TO RETURN:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at support@velowavebikes.com. Please reach out to us with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any warranty issues must be resolved before processing a return.
REFUND:
Please understand that any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one e-bike or multiple e-bikes. Refunds will be made after the E-bike is received and inspected.
After receipt, returned items will be inspected and a refund will be applied within 5 business days after receiving the product.
We only accept returns from purchases made directly through our website (www.velowavebikes.com). If you’ve purchased through an authorized dealer, please contact them directly.
If you haven’t received a refund after 2 days of approval, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@velowavebikes.com
Kasen:
At Kasen e-bikes, we take great pride in quality and durability of our products. We are confident that you will be impressed as well, and we stand behind all of our products.
Covered Products:

This warranty applies only to products, parts and components (hereafter PRODUCTS) that have been manufactured, assembled, or sold in new condition by Kasen Inc/Kasen bikes (hereafter, Kasen).

This warranty applies only to replacement/repair of PRODUCTS in case of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship, in accordance with the e-bikes of warranty service, and subject to any and exclusions limitations, and procedures explained below.

This warranty is not transferable in any way and may not be exercised by anyone other than the original retail buyer (hereafter BUYER) of the PRODUCTS, only if the BUYER has retained constant ownership of the PRODUCTS since their original purchase of the PRODUCTS and only to PRODUCTS purchased in new condition either:
Warranty Period:

Battery packs are covered for a period of 1 year on manufacture defects only. We DO NOT cover wear and tear or USAGE on your battery.

Other electronic components are covered under warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

New Bike Guarantee- we offer full replacement of defective parts with free shipping within the first 30 days of your bike purchase. After 30 days the customer is responsible for all shipping and returning costs to Kasen.
Warranty Exclusions:
The intent of this warranty is to ensure that the BUYER of any new products sold by Kasen or any Kasen product solo by an authorized Kasen dealer will receive a quality product, free of manufacturing flaws. This warranty should not be considered to be an insurance policy against any damage occurring after the products are received, nor as explicit or implicit acceptance by Kasen of responsibility for the consequences resulting from the failure of any PRODUCTS, irrespective of whether the failure itself is covered by this warranty.
In addition, the following situations are excluded from this warranty or lead to exclusion from this warranty:

Warranty claims not made in accordance with Warranty Claims process.

PRODUCTS with technical alterations that have been made without the approval of the manufacturer

PRODUCTS with alterations to or additions to which use incompatible or non-original parts
-
Damage to or failure of PRODUCTS resulting from weather or ordinary wear and tear.

Theft, robbery, vandalism, intentional damage, damage resulting from bumps and scrapes after possession of the PRODUCTS has been transferred to the BUYER.

PRODUCTS that haven’t been manufactured or sold by Kasen.
-
Incidental/consequential damage or injury.
-
PRODUCTS with damage resulting from improper maintenance (e.g., storing battery fully discharged over the winter).
-
Any electrical component that has been opened, altered, partially disassembled, or completely disassembled except by Kasen or an authorized Kasen dealer.
-
Any PRODUCTS that have been damaged due to improper adjustment or worn components.
-
PRODUCTS with damage resulting from an accident.
-
PRODUCTS that have been lent, leased, or rented commercially.
-
Bicycles not registered with Kasen by the BUYER within 90 days of delivery/sale.
-
Warranty shall not apply to PRODUCTS and/or situations in accordance with the terms of a specific sale (e.g., scratches and dents to scratch & dent discounted merchandise).

Cleaning of any PRODUCTS.
-
PRODUCTS that were not purchased by BUYER in new condition.
-
Kasen will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed upon prior to the fix.
-
Kasen will not pay for return shipping on any damaged or defective product or component.
-
Kasen will not cover any damage resulting in the use of a third-party batter charger.
-
Kasen will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.

The warranty does not cover any international orders.
Warranty Claims Process

Register your e-bike if your e-bike was purchased at places other than Kasen official location or kasenbikes.com within 60 days.
-
If you suspect that any part/component is defective, do not attempt to repair or replace it yourself or to have it repaired or replaced before contacting Kasen - doing so many invalidate your warranty and may cause additional damage, not necessarily limited to the PRODUCTS in question, and may also create the risk of injury.

Contact Kasen via email to submit your warranty claim: support@kasenbikes.com. Kasen will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part.

All claims to this warranty must be made through kasenbikes.com. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our Technical Support team at support@kasenbikes.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Kasen within one year of initial purchase.
Shipping Damage Claims
IMMEDIATELY inspect your products for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept accept freight damage claims later than 14 days from receipt of the product. Note any damage to your product on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Whenever possible, report damage claims within 10 days of delivery to Kasen customer support representative. Eunorau:
Eunorau Bikes, a Nevada corporation (“Eunorau”), offers this Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) for the Eunorau electric bicycles ("Product“) that are bought in the U.S. or Canada on or after August 1st, 2023. Any bike bought and registered before this period is still subject to the original limited warranty.
Eunorau requires you to register your Product right after the purchase. This will ensure your any after-sale claims to process faster and more accurately.
Eunorau's 24-Month+ Warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include usual wear & tear and labor cost.
Eunorau complimentary continues to support the Product after the Warranty as a manufacturer courtesy and may only ask for shipping costs and send replacement parts for free. Eunorau reserves the right the change this term without any confirmation from the customer.

Oh Wow Cycles:
Consumer Purchase
All Oh Wow Bikes (“OWB”) ebikes (the “ebike”), and their individual Covered Components (as defined herein), are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year after receipt of the ebike by the customer (the “Warranty Period”). This Limited Warranty is only applicable to United States ebike purchases (purchases in Canada and the European Union shall be subject to their respective warranty terms) and in accordance with the following terms:
Only the original owner of an ebike purchased from OH WOW BIKES, OH WOW BIKES online or physical storefront is covered by this Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period or any sale or transfer of the ebike to another person, and under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the ebike.
The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective lithium ion battery (the “Battery”), frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware (each a “Covered Component”).
The Covered Components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.
This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal wear and tear of any Covered Component.
Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes).
Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the ebike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the ebike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
For the avoidance of doubt, OH WOW BIKES will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
Any products sold by OH WOW BIKES that is not an ebike.
DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN EBIKE OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF OH WOW BIKES.
ANY MODIFICATION TO THE EBIKE ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE WARRANTY
Shipping Damage
Damage to a Covered Component during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty, but OH WOW BIKES will replace such damaged Covered Components if you:
Notify OH WOW BIKES of a Covered Component damaged in the shipping process within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ebike;
Provide OH WOW BIKES with a dated picture of the damaged Covered Component;
Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the ebike; and
Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.
Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the ebike for damage upon receipt.
If you choose to set up your own independent shipping method, such as use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, OH WOW BIKES will not replace any Covered Components damaged during such shipping method.
Credit Card Chargebacks
If any ebike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the ebike, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.
Claims Process
OH WOW BIKES WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED COVERED COMPONENT.
In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, you must:
Contact the OH WOW BIKES Technical Support team by email at support@ohwowbikes.com. The Technical Support team will initially work with you on the problem with your ebike to identify potential simple fixes.
If the Technical Support team determines that a Covered Component must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective Covered Component and receiving the replacement.
After you receive the replacement Covered Component, the Technical Support team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Covered Component into your ebike.
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Covered Component, unless OH WOW BIKES agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs. Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OH WOW BIKES ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OH WOW BIKES LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE EBIKE, NOR SHALL OH WOW BIKES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, OH WOW BIKES DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

GENERAL WARRANTY
We have a one-year or 1,600 Miles (2,600 Kilometers) warranty on our bikes. Some parts are excluded. Please check the terms below for more information.
We have a lifetime warranty on all frames for the entire ownership of the original purchaser (Optional Extended), or 2-year warranty on the basic plan, as long as the bike model is in production. This covers manufacturing and material defects on bikes manufactured. Rider and equipment weight limit: 265lbs/120kg total weight including the rider and equipment. The frame number should be visible and clear. IMPORTANT: If the frame or fork or any component is broken during shipping, you need to open a ticket and let us know to proceed with the return or replacement in no more than 24 hours.
We have a one-year or 1,600 Miles (2,600 Kilometers) warranty on the motor. The serial number printed on the motor should be seen clearly or the warranty will be voided.
We have a one-year or 1,600 Miles (2,600 Kilometers) warranty on the battery. The serial number printed on the battery should be seen clearly or the warranty will be voided. No visual defect should be on the battery housing. The battery should be kept 90% or more charged if you do not use the battery for more than a month or the cells will expire and our warranty does not cover that.
Carbon Fiber forks are guaranteed for one-year from the date of purchase or 1,600 Miles (2,600 Kilometers). Front and Rear suspension components are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase or 1,600 Miles (2,600 Kilometers).

Warranty Info
Every Eahora E-bike is covered under our manufacturer's one year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental United States. If you purchased a bike and had it then shipped to another country, parts will only be sent to the country in which the bike was originally sent. Eahora Bikes warrants this product, including all individual components against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
Eahora Limited Warranty
Eahora’s bicycle components(accessories) including forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 5 months period from the date of original purchase. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Two-year warranty for the frame.
Eahora’s lithium ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
What Will We Do to Correct Issues with Your Ebike?
Eahora is committed to delivering a promise of professionalism when it comes to handling all bike issues. Unrepairable ebikes are approved to be replaced or returned. If the customer rejects cooperating to repair, a 30% depreciation fee will be applied and the customer is also responsible for the round-trip freight cost. Eahora will provide a return shipping label, the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
What Will We Not Do?
Eahora will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. Wear and tear does not belong to the scope of the warranty. We will not offer warranty service to second owners. We will not free replace any part damaged by the user and by force majeure, including: product failure or damage caused by collision, falling, overloading, speeding and other human factors during riding and due to rain, ice and snow soaking, smoke, drugs, chemicals, corrosion and other damage caused by natural product failure or damage. We will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed upon prior to the fix. We will not pay for return shipping on any damaged or defective product or component. Eahora will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the e-scooter is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.
Terms of Warranty
This warranty only applies to the original owner of a Eahora bicycle. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts at the sole discretion of Eahora. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. Only in extreme cases will an entire replacement bike be issued, in these cases the original bike may have to ship to the Eahora facility for inspection/repairs before a new bike is sent out. If repairs can be made, a new bike will not always be sent. This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, spokes). Eahora will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Shipping damage must be reported to Eahora within a reasonable amount of time after shipment arrival. In no event shall Eahora be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
Claims
All claims to this warranty must be made through Eahora. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our Technical Support team at service@eahoraebike.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Eahora within one year of initial purchase. Warranty claims may be submitted to service@eahoraebike.com.
Shipping Damage Claims
IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 10 days from receipt of product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Report damage claims within 10 days of delivery to a Eahora’s customer service representative. Credit Card Chargebacks
If for any reason a credit card chargeback of any amount is issue on an order and the customer is still in possession of the product(s) withing said order, the warranty will be paused until the chargeback is resolved.

To make a warranty claim always keep handy the E-Bike model, date of purchase, E-Bike serial number as well as the original order number from our website.
Every ECOTRIC electric bicycle purchased on our website comes with an 18 months warranty ( In the period of 18 months from purchase by Official Authorized Store) against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, motor, controller, and display.
This warranty applies only to the original buyer of the ECOTRIC bicycle and is not transferable under any circumstances.The original buyer refers to the buyer who can provide the order number.
This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications.The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
It is important that you register within 30 days after the original purchase to activate the warranty, all fields are required to successfully submit your registration form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY
For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:
1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 18 months from purchase by Official Authorized Store. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from purchase.
3. Original Batteries – Provide free warranty service from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase.
The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
4. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 18 months main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.
5. Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lever, brake caliper,brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.
Exclusions: The other parts are Normal wear parts which are excluded from this warranty.
If any parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately after shipment arrival. ECOTRIC will send a replacement part at our expense and will work with you to fix the issue.
Please note that for warranty issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the Shipping costs of warranty parts.
If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.
Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.
Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.
The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:
- Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
- Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking
- Acts in violation of laws
- Never registered your ebike or cannot provide the order number
- DIY repairs on electronics
- Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
- If the bicycle is used as rental unit
- Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
- Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
- Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
- Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
- If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
- If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
- If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
- Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
- Damages resulted from improper care and handling.
Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.
