Return & Refund Policy

 At Element E-Bikes, we understand that purchasing an electric bike is a significant decision, and your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the bike within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the bike must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Please note the following important points:

• Returns may take 5-7 days to process and inspect.
• Refunds will be issued excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee for shipped bikes.
• Bikes purchased during special sales events or those that have been modified or damaged are not eligible for return.
• If you choose to cancel an order still in our care, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
• It is imperative to keep the original packaging intact, as returning the bike in different packaging may result in additional charges.
• Following the inspection process, the refund or credit procedure may take an additional 3-7 business days to complete.
