Element E-Bikes Shipping Policy

Please take a moment to review this guide to understand the process and expectations once you place an order with us.

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation indicating that we have authorized your credit card and are preparing your order for shipment. We promptly verify stock availability in our warehouse. In the event of backorder or unavailability, we will notify you via email. If your items are in stock, we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Assuming your order is in stock and approved by our fraud guarantee department, it typically ships within 1-3 business days, unless it's a backordered or built-to-ship item. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. We ship daily via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and various LTL Freight carriers to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs are included for ground shipments to the lower 48 states. Failure to provide a reachable phone number may cause delivery delays and additional storage fees.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be by air and at an additional shipping cost.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary, so it's advisable to check with your local customs office for guidance.

Damages:

Inspect the packaging of your items upon delivery. If any products are damaged, file a warranty claim for replacement parts. Send photos of the damaged items to sales@elementebikes.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Canceled orders are subject to a 20% administration fee, regardless of shipment status. If an item is on backorder and you accept it, payment will be held until shipment. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for the order. Return shipping charges apply if the order has already shipped.

Backorders:

In case of a product running out of stock after you've placed an order, we'll notify you by email, providing the expected arrival time and available substitutes. If the arrival time changes, you can choose to keep the order, substitute for a different product, or cancel. Once backorders arrive, you'll receive an email with the estimated ship date and tracking information within 1-3 business days.
